Broadway touring shows in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania maintain a very special relationship based in the venues in the Steel City. With the only arguable contender as Broadway in Chicago, no other city outside of Broadway in New York City hosts three regular active theaters housing Broadway tour companies. As with many cities, Pittsburgh offers Heinz Hall as a facility for major cultural events, including the Pittsburgh Symphony, where Broadway road shows come to visit. But in addition to Heinz Hall Pittsburgh serves as the home of the Benedum Center and Byham Theater. This means not only does Pittsburgh offer Broadway shows for its residents, patrons may even get a choice of two or three Pittsburgh Broadway shows on any given night!
